Our Story
It all started when our Turkish chef Hazet, also from the founders of our sister restaurant Sumac, craved a lot for her mom’s warm and delicious soups. She knew soup was the best meal to nourish your health, soul, and all the good memories. She desired to make fresh, delicious homestyle soups as the ones she enjoyed as a child, and that is how the idea for Soupchu was born. You loved Soupchu so much that we expanded our menu with hearty homestyle stews to bring you more flavor and comfort.
